To our healthcare workers, we'd like to say a giant THANK YOU. We are so very grateful for the work you have been, and continue to do, to keep us and our families safe. You truly are our heroes and the Epilogue team stands with you.

To all of the frontline hospital and health care heroes, thank you. Thank you for choosing bravery over fear. Thank you for protecting both your families and ours. Thank you for showing up while we stay home. Your incredible compassion and sacrifice are deeply appreciated.

We have been inspired by every organization that is using its expertise and resources to provide much-needed support to frontline workers. We want to do our small part to give these heroes a little bit of comfort in such uncomfortable times.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is eligible for this offer?

We are pleased to be able to extend this offer to all frontline hospital and health care workers throughout the province of Ontario who are dealing directly with COVID-19 patients. The offer is not limited to doctors and nurses. If you are a paramedic, lab technician, PSW, cleaning staff at a hospital or long-term care facility, or other worker on the frontlines of the fight against COVID-19, we're here for you.

How do I claim this offer?

Send an email to healthcarehero@epiloguewills.com with your full name, occupation, and place of work. All eligible applicants will receive a reply with a personalized promo code valued at $179 (CAD) - the cost of a Will and a set of Powers of Attorney. This offer does not include printing and shipping your documents to you, which can be added at an extra cost.

When will I receive my promo code?

We are a small (but mighty) team and are going to do our best to review applications and issue promo codes as quickly as possible. However, we only have the capacity to review about 100 applications per day. If you don't hear back from us within a day or two, don't worry. We will get back to everyone who applies as soon as we can.

How long will this offer be available?

***Update: As of July 29, 2020, the Emergency Orders issued by the province of Ontario under the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act have come to an end. We have had a tremendous response to our free Wills and POAs offer from frontline health care workers and their families. We appreciate their commitment to our community.***

What if my spouse/partner is also a frontline worker?

If you and your spouse/partner are both eligible for this offer, you should each apply separately to obtain your own promo codes. When the questionnaire prompts you about whether we should help your spouse/partner prepare a Will, select ‘No’. Each of you will start and finish the process on your own with your own promo code.

What if my spouse/partner is not a frontline worker?

If your spouse/partner is not eligible to receive this offer directly, they can still use Epilogue to create their Will at a discount. Begin the process for yourself, and when the questionnaire prompts you about whether we should help your spouse/partner prepare a Will, select ‘Yes’.

When you apply your promo code at checkout, $179 (CAD) will be deducted from the cost of your package. Your documents will be free, and you will pay a reduced fee for your spouse/partner's documents ($50 if you are only purchasing Wills, or $110 if you're each getting your own Will and Powers of Attorneys).
